Refund policy
We are committed to creating garments of exceptional quality. As each collection is produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Size Exchanges
We are pleased to offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns
We do not accept returns for a refund unless:
- The item is faulty.
- An incorrect item was received.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a size exchange. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or an incorrect item has been received, Fajar Lucman will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fajarlucman.com, including your order number and photographs of the item. Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or approved return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- Be returned with all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, fragrance, or any sort of staining.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
