The scope, pricing, payment schedule, production timeline and other requirements for each bespoke creation will be agreed separately with the client before work begins.
As bespoke garments are created specifically for an individual client, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund except where required by applicable law or where otherwise agreed in writing.
